No more snow

I'm sad, almost all the snow is gone. The only snow that's left is the dirty, icky piles on the sides of the roads.

I hope it snows for Christmas. The last couple of years it's actually snowed some on Christmas Eve and Day. Not much, mostly flurries but at least it snowed.

I hate snow. I just can't get used to the cold/wet gloves, shoes, tromped slush in on the rugs. At least we get it very rarely here, just enough to be fun for the kids without lasting too long!

Meant to add, maybe its because I've lived in the south all my life, I can deal with heat better than freezing cold!

What's up with those Bears? I know you are torn, but hon, you gotta send them some vibes to help knock them off that pedestal.

I know, I know, HD lectured me the next morning for cheering for Da Bears until he called and made me stop. I just didn't think about all the playoff stuff that needs to happen to make us ahead of them. So as much as I want them to win normally I'm going to have to root against them the next few weeks.

Yeah, the gloves, boots and runny noses are a pain but it's worth it all too me. Having lived up here until I was 16 I never did get used to the weather the 6 years I was in Louisiana and couldn't wait to get back. And I've never regretted it once.
